There are many stories of ESOP fiduciaries including board members who thought they had the appropriate coverage only to find out that the insurance policy carved out ESOP fiduciary coverage. The panelists provided a list of items that should be reviewed in fiduciary insurance coverage, both for directors & offices and ESOP fiduciaries.
