M&A Quick Bootcamp

Partners Alicia Batts, Remy Nshimiyimana and Vanessa Tabler joined a panel discussion focused on providing practical advice on the anatomy of an M&A transaction. Alicia, Remy and Vanessa provided an overview of the M&A process (including diligence and antitrust considerations) and explained common provisions found in typical M&A agreements. They also discussed the distinctions between different transaction structures, purchase price structures and mechanics, representations and warranties, and closing conditions.
