AI Regulatory & Risk Management Update

Insurance partner and co-leader of Faegre Drinker’s AI-X team Scott Kosnoff joined a discussion hosted by the Compliance & Ethics Forum for Life Insurers (CEFLI) to give an update on artificial intelligence (AI) in the regulatory and risk management space. 

The discussion provided an overview of how regulatory standards for insurers are often shifting in regard to AI and gave consideration to best practices for insurance companies to meet the demands of new AI regulations being issued by the federal government and several state governments.
