Joy Sharp, a career FDA regulatory attorney who was at the agency during the Trump 1.0 transition, will share her experience and insights into what’s likely happening within the FDA, including the Office of the Commissioner; the policy, enforcement and executive management divisions of the drug, device and food product centers; as well as the Office of Inspections and Investigations (previously Office of Regulatory Affairs). The Department of Government Efficiency, Health and Human Services, and National Institutes of Health will also be discussed. Learn what to expect moving forward as the FDA adapts to new leadership and policies.
