Inside Indiana Business Notes Brian Fennerty's Work on International Architecture Firm Merger

In the article, "Indiana and New York Architects Merge," Inside Indiana Business noted that Brian Fennerty helped lead the advisory team for RW Armstrong, the global engineering, consulting, design management and architecture firm, during the completion of its merger agreement with New York-based firm CHA Consulting Inc.

RW Armstrong, based in Indianapolis, and CHA are among the 200 largest design firms in the U.S., and combined revenues position the firm to be one of the 60 largest. The alliance creates a combined force of more than 1,200 employees in 46 offices in the U.S., Canada, the Middle East, North Africa and Azerbaijan.

RW Armstrong was also advised on the deal by Stephen Clarke, an infrastructure services banker and managing director at Morgan Joseph TriArtisan LLC.
