CoStar Group Features Real Estate Deals Led by Faegre Baker Daniels Attorneys

CoStar Group, commercial real estate's leading provider of information and analytic services, featured four key real estate transactions in which Faegre Baker Daniels played an integral role, in their list of news articles that attracted the most readers in 2012 that focused on the Twin Cities market.

Scott Anderegg and Allen Wheeler represented Piper Jaffray in connection with its new 123,882 square foot headquarters lease in Downtown Minneapolis.  Anderegg also represented US Bancorp in connection with its approximately 400,000 square foot Minneapolis headquarters lease, and SPS Commerce in connection with its new 118,042 square foot Downtown Minneapolis headquarters lease. The sale of the Minneapolis City Center to San Francisco based Shorenstein Properties, also made news in 2012. John Wheaton represented Brookfield Properties in the sale of the 1.6 million square feet of commercial space in November.
