Dow Jones Video Features Anti-Corruption Insights from George Martin

Faegre Baker Daniels corporate partner George Martin contributed as an FCPA panelist in the September Dow Jones Risk and Compliance Global Thought Leadership event in Minneapolis. The panel discussed managing risks in an evolving FCPA enforcement environment, and included 3M's Chief Compliance Officer Jim Zappa, Pentair Chief Compliance Officer Dan Dorsky, and Navigant Director of Global Investigations and Compliance Bob Huff.

In Dow Jones' video of the panel, Martin addresses concerns regarding the use of third-party intermediaries in emerging markets.  "Understanding where your risks are is really important," Martin said. "Compliance requires a lot of judgment calls. Risk allocation and risk assessments are an important part of that."
