Kathy Noecker Discusses FaegreBD's Perfect Score on LGBT Workplace Equality With American Lawyer

The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) recently released its 2015 Corporate Equality Index and Faegre Baker Daniels received a perfect score of 100 percent and designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality.

FaegreBD partner Kathy Noecker chairs the firms diversity and inclusion group, she's also a member of the firm's management board and four-member executive committee. She spoke to American Lawyer about the one of the keys to FaegreBD's success when it comes to inclusion saying it, "Starts with the depth of commitment we have at the leadership level to have an inclusive workplace where everybody can come to work and be free to be their best selves every day."
