Ryan Miske Anchors M&A Table of Experts with Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal

The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal held a panel discussion featuring five experts to explore the M&A landscape in Minnesota. Ryan Miske, partner in Faegre Baker Daniels’ corporate group, moderated the panel, which included attorneys and business executives from Bell Capital Finance, Briggs and Morgan, Quazar Capital Corp., Wipfli Corporate Finance Advisors and Larkin Hoffman.

Miske grilled the panelists on a number of topics, including current market trends, predictions for near-future M&A activity, the makings of a successful deal, and the dealmaking process from the legal perspective.

Not only is Miske a seasoned M&A attorney at Faegre Baker Daniels, he is the current president of the Minnesota chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
