In Virtual Teams for Mass Torts, the ‘Law Team’ Is Critical
During mass tort litigation, the law team plays a critical role in designing legal strategy, analyzing legal issues, and drafting the many pleadings, motions and other submissions required. Bringing a special in-depth focus on the nuances of litigation, the law team helps identify opportunities to develop or change the law in ways that serve the client’s interests. In Law360, Bruce Jones of Faegre Baker Daniels and Allan Thoen of Pepper Hamilton co-authored an article on how the law team can take the laboring oar on legal issues and free up other sections of the virtual law team to focus on their areas of expertise.
