Joshua Deringer Comments on the Future of Fund Boards With BoardIQ

In a BoardIQ article titled “After a Deal, What Happens to the Boards? Often, It’s TBD,” investment management partner Joshua Deringer commented on the future of fund boards.

Deringer noted that on the smaller side of the fund business, the prevalence of advisory firms led by aging baby boomers has led to speculation of an uptick in merger deals as those owners look to make an exit.
