Brian Schnell Featured in 1851 Franchise’s ‘Top Franchise Legal Player’ Series

Corporate partner and leader of the firm’s franchise and distribution practice Brian Schnell was spotlighted in 1851 Franchise’s “Top Franchise Legal Players” series. In an interview with the publication, Schnell discussed how he became involved in the franchise space, the importance of a collaborative culture within the industry, and what he loves about working with franchisors.

“I would shout that from the rooftops to my franchise system: Collaborative leadership is so important to how you build and grow,” said Schnell. “Franchisees aren’t shareholders, but they certainly are brand stakeholders who oftentimes have invested everything they have in that business. Franchisees need franchisors, and vice versa.”
