Gina Kastel Shares Tips for Leading Teams in Minnesota/St. Paul Business Journal’s ‘Voices’ Feature

Executive partner Gina Kastel was quoted in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal (MSPBJ) article “Voices: Leaders in executive search, law and accounting share best practices on managing, motivating teams,” a feature of its 2022–23 “Book of Lists.” MSPBJ reached out to leaders at some of the state’s largest executive search, accounting, and law firms to learn their top tips for motivating teams.
