COVID-19 Employment Litigation: Taking Stock Two Years In
Labor and employment partner Greg Abrams and associates Caroline Guensberg and Sara Ehsani-Nia coauthored an article for Reuters discussing employment-related litigation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, including issues related to health screening, vaccination and quarantine requirements, work-from-home reimbursements, deprived COVID-related accommodations and workplace safety.
According to the article, court decisions have started to provide employers with some guidance despite the courts continuing to wrestle with these issues.
