Brad Campbell Discusses Trump Administration’s Priorities for Retirement Plans on D.C. Pension Geek Podcast

Benefits and executive compensation partner Brad Campbell joined the National Association of Plan Advisor’s podcast D.C. Pension Geeks to discuss new developments for retirement plans under President Donald Trump’s second administration.

The podcast centered on the future of retirement plans, the shifting Department of Labor’s (DOL) fiduciary rule, environmental, social and government strategies (ESG), retirement litigation reform and alternative investments. Campbell, a former Assistant Secretary of Labor for Employee Benefits, noted that, currently, the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals is considering a stay on the DOL rule, which casts uncertainty on future retirement policies.
