Tiffany Reeves Comments on Diversity Efforts in Investment Industry With Impact Alpha and Responsible Investor

Investment Alpha and Responsible Investor reported that questions regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the investment industry have been raised amidst litigation and federal government action regarding DEI initiatives. The publications turned to investment management partner Tiffany Reeves for insight.

She noted that it was important to understand “how much things have changed” since efforts to rollback some DEI efforts began, which can make it unclear as to what best practices might currently be.

“The political paradigm has shifted, but also the law has shifted, and there are over 161 pending litigation matters in federal courts right now,” Reeves said.
