Real Estate Transactions
Chris assists clients on a wide range of real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, lending, joint ventures and leasing transactions. He frequently represents borrowers and lenders in connection with permanent and construction financing, which often is coupled with the acquisition of the target property. On leasing matters, he represents both landlords and tenants, particularly in the office and retail space.
Prior Experience
Before joining Faegre Drinker in Philadelphia, Chris was a real estate associate at an Am Law 100 firm in New York. During law school, he interned with the law department of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Before law school, Chris worked as a paralegal for a small law firm in the Tampa Bay area.
Personal Interests
In his free time, Chris enjoys weightlifting, kayaking, traveling, and reading about history and architecture.
