Overview

Noemi Aguirre offers guidance to private and public companies on remaining compliant with state and federal regulations. She also assists clients through a wide variety of corporate transactions. 

Prior Experience

Noemi previously served as a legal intern for a professional services company where she researched and analyzed issues related to data privacy and corporate law. In that capacity, she also drafted documents to prepare for acquisitions, and reviewed contract drafts. 

She also served as a summer associate at Faegre Drinker and assisted in drafting M&A deal documents such as closing checklists, buyer’s officer certificates and signature pages. 

Noemi has participated in a number of pro bono activities. She served as vice president of communications for the Latino Law Student at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law from 2021-22. From 2022-23, she served as a diversity fellow and helped recruit diverse students and participated in and conducted programming for those students. 

She also served as the executive editor for the Journal of Law and Social Policy from 2022-23. Noemi also worked as an accreditation associate for the American Bar Association. There, she reviewed interim reports and substantive change forms for over 250 paralegal programs to determine compliance status with the Standing Committee on Paralegals’ Guidelines for the Approval of Paralegal Education Programs.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Noemi enjoys spending time with family and contributing where she can. She often participates in diversity and inclusion events, specifically those involving mentoring for diverse students.
