Overview
Tara Baker helps businesses resolve mass tort and class action risks when product liability concerns arise. Tara combines her legal research skills with her skills drafting pleadings, appellate briefs, motions and memoranda to support her clients.
Prior Experience
As a former judicial law clerk for the Honorable Denise D. Reilly at the Minnesota Court of Appeals, Tara prepared bench memoranda and drafted judicial opinions. Tara also worked as a law clerk with a competing firm, where she utilized her skills drafting pleadings, appellate briefs, motions and memoranda for civil litigation, class action, family law, real estate and criminal law matters. During law school, Tara served as a student attorney in a clinic program where she briefed and argued a case before the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Personal Interests
Tara enjoys live music, woodburning, fishing and working toward a yearly reading goal of 52 books.
