Elizabeth also counsels on corporate structuring and planning and helps facilitate strategic mergers and acquisitions in the health care sector.

Technology and Procurement

Elizabeth advises hospitals, health systems, health maintenance organizations, integrated delivery networks, physician groups and ancillary providers of health care services on information systems and software licensing transactions and on capital equipment procurement and contracting. Elizabeth negotiates licensing, implementation, and software and capital equipment maintenance agreements for large hospitals and health systems.

She helps clients address issues with electronic health records and financial systems and mitigate challenges related to claims processing and payment systems transactions. She also drafts purchase and service agreements for diagnostic and biomedical equipment.

Managed Care Contracts

Elizabeth is a go-to resource for health care companies engaged in managed care contracting. She advises on provider network arrangements, payor contracting, pharmacy benefit services agreements, general software system licensing and support issues, hosting services, maintenance programs and outsourcing issues.

Elizabeth is passionate about physical fitness and enjoys reading, working in her garden and traveling. During the summer, Elizabeth loves to spend time in her summer cottage in the woods of northern Michigan.
