Elizabeth advises hospitals, health systems, health maintenance organizations, integrated delivery networks, physician groups and ancillary providers of health care services on information systems and software licensing transactions and on capital equipment procurement and contracting. Elizabeth negotiates licensing, implementation, and software and capital equipment maintenance agreements for large hospitals and health systems.
She helps clients address issues with electronic health records and financial systems and mitigate challenges related to claims processing and payment systems transactions. She also drafts purchase and service agreements for diagnostic and biomedical equipment.
