Overview

Robert Bullington offers guidance to clients facing securities and investment management matters. He provides a hands-on approach utilizing personal experience working for a broker-dealer to assist clients with compliance matters and preparation of securities filings for open- and closed-end funds. 

Previous Experience

Robert most recently served as a vice president and compliance officer at InspereX LLC, a FINRA member broker-dealer where he previously held FINRA Series 7, 24, 57, 63 and 79 registrations. In that capacity, Robert researched and drafted responses to ongoing regulatory inquiries from the Securities and Exchange Commission and FINRA. Additionally, he drafted comment letters to various regulatory proposals and led in-house education efforts of 200 employees. 

Robert served as a summer associate at Faegre Drinker assisting in investment management matters. He also worked as a third-grade math teacher in Dallas, Texas with Teach for America.
