Crystal helps execute multimillion-dollar urban commercial site acquisitions with complex subdivision, zoning and land use matters, as well as real estate dispositions and leasing transactions on behalf of commercial enterprises, religious organizations and hospitals. Crystal understands the intricacies of property negotiations, including retail, office and industrial developments. She also collaborates with companies to manage easement and restriction agreements. Property Leasing

Crystal also facilitates national leasing and subleasing transactions, with an emphasis on negotiating gainful terms for her clients.
