Frances Daniels counsels clients in product liability matters.

Prior Experience

Frances clerked at the Minnesota Court of Appeals for Judge Matthew E. Johnson, Judge Diane B. Bratvold and Judge Theodora Gaïtas, where she analyzed arguments, conducted legal research, wrote legal memoranda, and helped draft judicial decisions.

During law school, Frances was a law clerk for the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office, negotiating child support agreements, adjudicating paternity actions, gathering evidence and arguing motions before the court. She also worked for the Minnesota Disability Law Center, evaluating legal claims and collaborating on legal strategies for clients with special education needs. Frances worked as a research assistant to several law school professors, supporting academic publications focusing on the ethical, legal and social implications of novel, highly-portable neurotechnology.

Prior to law school, Frances worked as a paramedic and provided individual instruction for students with special education needs.

Personal Interests

Outside the office, Frances enjoys backpacking, hiking, running, traveling, and reading. She also enjoys amateur pursuits in mycology and beekeeping.
