Overview
Indianapolis Airport Authority
Tenley previously served as the general counsel of the Indianapolis Airport Authority — the governing body of the Indianapolis International Airport. There, she was responsible for overseeing all legal issues for the Authority.
Government Experience
Tenley has also worked with the Marion County Election Board — first as director of elections, then as outside general counsel. She oversaw elections in Indiana's largest county with more than 600,000 registered voters and more than 300 voting locations.
She also served as deputy corporation counsel for the City of Indianapolis under Mayor Bart Peterson. Tenley managed the city's legal department, counseled the Office of the Mayor, participated in several major policy initiatives and developed expertise in election and redevelopment law.
