Kennedy Ferry supports clients across the spectrum of health care, developing strategic solutions to advance their business goals.
Kennedy has supported internal investigations and has represented health care clients in False Claims Act enforcement matters. She also advises clients on regulatory and compliance issues, including federal fraud and abuse laws, state scope of practice laws, licensure requirements, and compliance with state health care pre-merger notification regimes.
Prior Experience
As a summer associate at Faegre Drinker, Kennedy actively supported the firm’s health care group by conducting regulatory research and writing memorandum. Kennedy previously served as an intern in UK HealthCare’s compliance and risk management departments.
Personal Interests
Kennedy enjoys cooking, watching college basketball and kickboxing.
