David Gomez represents clients in trademark, copyright, patent and other intellectual property disputes.

Past Experience

Before joining the firm as an associate, David was a summer associate at Faegre Baker Daniels for two summers, working through a number of practice groups on issues including cybersecurity, FDA compliance and veterans benefits. During law school, David was actively involved in the Latinx Law Students Association and served as a student director at the University of Minnesota Law School’s Immigration and Human Rights Clinic, where he represented clients on asylum and human trafficking matters.

Prior to law school, David was a White House and campaign researcher for President Barack Obama, working on a wide range of issues including health care reform, Supreme Court nominations and LGBTQ rights.

Personal Interests

David is a longtime casual marathoner and enjoys running outdoors with his two dogs.
