  • Drafts pleadings including motions, applications, objections, notices, proofs of claim and petitions, monitor deadlines

  • Coordinates and conducts UCC lien searches, review search results and tabulate findings

Environmental and Energy

  • Assisted and prepared documents for municipal bond financing transactions
  • Managed cases involving superfund sites including preparing yearly assessments, monitoring bank trusts and reviewing expenditures
  • Prepared comments for filings with the Public Utility Commissions

Audit Letters

  • Manage and supervise the firm’s responses to audit letter requests

Office of the General Counsel

  • Assists with the review and transfer of client records
  • Assists and maintains the firm’s contracts through SpendConnect
  • Provides general paralegal support to the Office of the General Counsel
