- Assisted and prepared documents for municipal bond financing transactions
- Managed cases involving superfund sites including preparing yearly assessments, monitoring bank trusts and reviewing expenditures
- Prepared comments for filings with the Public Utility Commissions
Audit Letters
- Manage and supervise the firm’s responses to audit letter requests
Office of the General Counsel
- Assists with the review and transfer of client records
- Assists and maintains the firm’s contracts through SpendConnect
- Provides general paralegal support to the Office of the General Counsel
