Overview

Kelli Greco counsels investment advisers, investment companies and their boards of directors on issues arising under the federal securities laws, particularly the Investment Company Act of 1940. Kelli regularly advises clients on matters related to fund formation and ongoing compliance of investment companies; the preparation of various securities filings for open- and closed-end funds; initial public offerings and secondary offerings for listed closed-end funds; the negotiation of fund agreements, service provider contracts and platform agreements; SEC exemptive relief; and fund mergers and acquisitions. Kelli has extensive experience in the closed-end fund space and also has experience working with hedge funds and private funds.

Personal Interests

Kelli enjoys horseback riding and college football, specifically the Penn State Nittany Lions.
