Overview

Kevin Ha represents employers in high-risk and complex employment litigation. He primarily defends companies in wage and hour class and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions, as well as collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). He assists employers with private claims as well as issues that arise from the Equal Employment Commission and the California Civil Rights Department, and cases related to Title VII, Title IX, the Equal Pay Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. He also provides effective advice and counseling to help employers achieve their business goals while circumventing the legal risks.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Kevin served as a class action litigation associate at another international employment law firm. In that capacity, he represented employers of all sizes in class action and wage and hour and PAGA litigation.
