Nicole Halavi conducts legal research regarding matters in product liability.

Prior Experience

Nicole previously worked for an LA-based law firm specializing in business and intellectual property law, where she drafted deposition summaries, proofread patents and prepared trial documents. During law school, Nicole was a research assistant specializing in unenforceable clauses in California, specifically the analysis of these clauses in unethical and unfair business practices. Nicole also completed a Technology Law Boot Camp certification while in law school, which included coursework in contract drafting and data privacy.

Nicole worked for Faegre Drinker in 2021 as a summer associate and helped her team prepare for multidistrict litigation trials.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys hitting the slopes in Colorado, biking in Venice with her dad, and every once in a while, she attempts to bake the world’s best banana chocolate bread pudding.
