Overview
Deanna Hayes represents public and private clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters.
Prior to joining the firm’s corporate group, Deanna spent nearly four years in the firm’s business litigation group, where she focused her practice on complex commercial litigation matters in a broad range of areas, including contract disputes and class actions. Her experience ranges from motions practice and discovery to trial preparation and appeals.
Deanna is a regular contributor to the firm’s TCPA blog, which provides important news and insights about the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Previous Experience
Before joining the firm, Deanna was a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael Erdos, Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division. In law school, Deanna was selected to serve as a Littleton Fellow for Penn Law’s Legal Practice Skills curriculum. As a Littleton Fellow, Deanna taught legal writing, negotiation and oral communication skills to first-year law students. Deanna was also a member of Penn Law’s Mediation Clinic and acted as a third-party neutral mediator in matters throughout Philadelphia.
