Overview

Gracie Hyland partners with real estate stakeholders to pursue, negotiate and complete transactions. She has supported clients in transactions involving various types of real estate assets, including office, multi-family, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties. She has also gained experience representing clients on every side of commercial real estate transactions, including lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants. With Gracie’s support, clients have successfully acquired, sold, financed and leased properties.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Gracie was an associate in the real estate practice of a Minneapolis-based international law firm.

Gracie spent nine years at the University of Minnesota prior to entering the legal profession, where she oversaw the school’s compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Personal Interests

When not practicing law, Gracie is thinking about real estate. Gracie’s wife owns a residential real estate brokerage. Together, they own a handful of multifamily properties located in the Twin Cities.
