Overview

Mark Kaske assists private and public clients in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, venture financing and corporate governance.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Mark served as a summer associate at a AmLaw 100 law firm in Chicago where he analyzed legal issues pertaining to private equity M&A deals worth over $100 million.

Mark also served as a corporate legal intern for the in-house legal department at a Fortune Global 500 healthcare and insurance company and a Fortune 1000 industrial and manufacturing company.

Before becoming an attorney, Mark worked as a consultant at an IPA Top 10 accounting firm where he created and analyzed valuation models and helped clients craft and implement accounting and operations processes.

Personal Interests

Outside work, Mark enjoys Alpine and Nordic skiing, playing hockey and golf and competing in triathlons. Mark is an avid reader and attendee of the theater.
