Overview

Angela Lam represents clients in complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution related to issues of fiduciary duties, corporate governance and contract interpretation. Angela is experienced in various stages of civil litigation, including pre-litigation counseling, discovery, dispositive motions, trials, mediation and appellate work. She is especially familiar with the Delaware state courts.

Angela served as a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. In law school, she was a member of the National Trial Team and Moot Court Board.
