Overview
李益强律师长期以来一直提供外商在华投资和商业事项有关的全面的法律服务。李律师的主要业务重心为电信，汽车，化学品，制药，制造，建筑，酒店，保险和金融行业以及重组与破产事务的法律服务。 李律师为从事在华业务的企业提供范围广泛的法律服务。他所提供的法律服务内容主要为：
- 就国际技术许可安排、并购、设立合资企业和独资企业建议交易结构、谈判及起草文件。
- 参与谈判、起草以及确保各种商业合同符合中国法律法规的要求，包括特许经营合同。
- 房地产交易。
- 就中国知识产权执行和诉讼向客户提供建议。
- 就劳动和海关事项提供合规性建议。
- 就外商投资审批和其他监管事项和不同中国政府部门进行有效沟通。
- 进行尽职调查和公司内部调查，包括美国反海外腐败调查。
- 代理客户参与争端解决和破产程序。
- 就中国客户海外并购、上市和诉讼事宜提供法律服务。
李益强律师在中国和美国执业已经将近二十年，在九十年代中就回到国内开展跨国法律业务，是最早帮助国际律师事务所在中国建立业务的屈指可数的几个中国律师之一。从2003年起，李律师就已经代理中国著名公司的境外法律事宜，其主要客户项目包括：

代理客户作为债权人主席委员会成员参与广东国际信托投资公司破产案。该破产案件是迄今为止中国规模最大的破产案件。

代理全球第2大电子制造服务商伟创力(Flextronics)策划、谈判收购台湾华宇集团在中国、美国、英国、日本的手提电脑业务，收购价近二亿美元。

成功协助兖矿集团下属一公司就涉及中国价值数十亿元人民币的醋酸工厂在美国应对英国石油公司商业秘密侵占之诉（2004年）。判决结果允许该公司将其设备的核心部件运回中国。这是我国在化工领域最大的知识产权跨国诉讼案件，也是中国公司在境外打赢重要知识产权侵权案件官司的首宗案件，中央电视台曾有报道。

代理INVISTA及在化工和其他行业的客户多起涉及数百万美元许可使用费的技术许可项目。

李律师就并购、海外上市、技术转让、知识产权、房地产及中国法律的其他领域在各个地方发表过文章及演讲。他也曾参与编写中国最大的法律辞典。
在加入斐格律师事务所之前，李益强律师曾任另一家在上海的美资律所首席中国律师。他也在1990至1992年期间任复旦大学法学院助理教授。

Lee works with clients in architectural and engineering, automotive, chemical, construction, finance, food and agribusiness, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, medical devices, and pharmaceutical industries.
Past Experience
Before joining Faegre Drinker, Lee was the principal Chinese lawyer in the Shanghai office of another U.S. law firm. He previously served as editor of the largest legal dictionary in China.
