Overview
Sandra Lopez counsels clients in a variety of securities and investment management matters, including corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, preparation of various filings under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Investment Company Act of 1940, and mergers and acquisitions.
While in law school, Sandra served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Rebecca R. Pallmeyer of the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Illinois; a legal intern for Equip for Equality, a private nonprofit; and was a summer associate for Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in 2017.
