Overview

Jett Malkowski offers clients guidance through a number of corporate governance issues and provides bespoke advice on different corporate transactions. 

Prior Experience

Jett previously served as a summer associate at a law firm in Jacksonville, Florida where he focused largely on real estate transactions. In that capacity, he drafted and reviewed purchase and sale agreements, easements, lease agreements, letters of intent, lease terminations, lease amendments and other ancillary documents. 

He also served as a law clerk at a law firm in Minneapolis where he drafted various agreements, researched trademarks and drafted C&D letters, and performed various tasks relating to litigation.

Throughout law school, Jett worked as a legal research assistant at The Institute for Social Research and Data Innovation. There, he researched occupational licensing in all 50 states, developed standards to train employees, and created new and innovative techniques to gather data more efficiently. 

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Jett can be found playing sports and going to the gym. Jett keeps up to date on the latest technologies, and travels as often as he can.
