Overview

Andrew McCarty is a commercial litigator who represents clients in trial and appellate courts nationwide in a range of antitrust, commercial and securities litigation matters.

Prior Experience

Andrew came to Faegre Drinker from a global firm in New York City, where he was a litigation and trial associate. During law school, he served as a judicial extern with Judge David Stras of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and with Judge Susan Richard Nelson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Prior to law school, Andrew was an analyst and project manager in inventory management for Target Corp.

Personal Interests

In his free time, Andrew enjoys playing chess, skiing and rooting for the Minnesota Timberwolves.
