Luke Miller counsel clients in litigation and dispute resolution.

Prior Experience

Luke clerked for the Hon. Sean Jordan at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, where for both civil and criminal matters he drafted orders on motions, prepared memos for the judge in anticipation of hearings, edited orders for the judge and fellow clerks, and managed the court’s docket.

During law school, Luke served as the symposium editor for the South Dakota Law Review, as a teaching assistant in Constitutional Law and as an extern for the Hon. Jonathan A. Kobes at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Prior to law school, Luke served as a fellow for the Holy See’s Permanent Observer Mission to the United Nations in New York, where he negotiated resolutions and prepared summary and analysis reports.

Personal Interests

Outside the office, Luke enjoys classic literature, pick-up basketball and yard work.
