Overview
Joseph has experience in supporting clients in the land development approval process for various complex projects, including those involving industrial and warehouse facilities, continuing care retirement communities, multi-family residential developments, and office and commercial facilities.
Joseph also represents clients in corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisitions involving owned and leased real property.
Prior Experience
While in law school, Joseph served as a research assistant for Stuart L. Deutsch, the acting senior associate dean of Rutgers School of Law – Newark. He also served as a study group facilitator for the law school’s Minority Student Program. He was a summer associate for the firm during the summer of his first and second years of law school.

Pro Bono
In addition to his practice, Joseph participates in the firm’s Florham Park office’s Bloomfield College Initiative, a legal enrichment program at Bloomfield College in Bloomfield, New Jersey. Joseph has also participated in the firm’s Law2Life program, a legal enrichment and mock trial program at Eastside High School in Paterson, New Jersey.
Joseph has also assisted nonprofit corporations with real estate matters.
