She serves as a primary contact for some clients using the firm’s immigration case management system, answering their questions and solving challenges. Internally, Jolien advocates for best practices to ensure these clients receive accurate and up-to-date information. She collaborates seamlessly with both attorneys and legal administrative assistants, who work in concert to meet clients’ needs.
International Perspective
A dual citizen of the United States and The Netherlands, Jolien brings first-hand experience with the immigration process. Arriving in the U.S. at age 14 as an L-2 dependent, she returned to the U.S. on her own in F-1 status to complete college after studying at the University of Amsterdam.
