• Coordinating daily with clients, their financial advisors, accountants and other professionals on estate planning and trust and estate administration matters
• Preparing nonjudicial settlement agreements and coordinating execution by all parties
• E-filing documents in probate and trust court matters
• Monitoring court docket and filings
