Overview
Molly Nelson-Regan counsels clients in litigation and dispute resolution. She assists in cases involving financial litigation, including ERISA matters, and has experience researching and drafting motions, overseeing subpoenas, preparing for depositions, and managing significant discovery, from collection to review. She also has worked on matters involving tribal affairs, including dealings with local and federal agencies, and briefing before federal district courts and state appellate courts.
Prior Experience
Molly was a summer associate at Faegre Drinker. During law school, she served at Minnesota Law’s Indian Child Welfare Act Clinic as a certified student attorney and as the clinic student director.
Before law school, Molly worked in communications, design and education for museums and art organizations, including the American Museum of Natural History in New York, the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum and the Mattatuck Museum in Connecticut, and the Society of Arts and Crafts in Boston. Prior to that, she taught at schools in Connecticut and New Mexico.
Personal Interests
Outside the office, Molly enjoys running, reading, needlepointing and cooking complicated recipes in her tiny kitchen.
