Overview

Grace Polisano guides clients through a myriad of federal, state and local regulations while keeping their business goals in mind. She also assists clients through a range of corporate transactions.

Prior Experience

Grace most recently served as a summer associate at Faegre Drinker where she worked with the corporate, investment management, insurance, private client and business litigation groups. During this time, she assisted in drafting merger descriptions for proxy statements, researched differing corporate laws across the country, as well as observed board meetings for corporate clients.

Grace also served as an intern in the Philadelphia Municipal Court for the Hon. Judge Henry Lewandowski, and in the Atlantic City Superior Court for the Hon. Joseph L. Marczyk.

Personal Interests

During college, Grace played volleyball and served as the captain of the Franklin and Marshall Varsity Women’s team, where she recorded 1,000 points.  She continues to pursue athletics and enjoys freediving, fishing, pickle ball and cycling.
