Overview

Hannah Reichenbach Coe represents and advises insurance industry clients, helping them tackle business and legal issues and navigate complicated transactional deals, regulatory changes and policy developments. Clients and client teams rely on Hannah to track and analyze regulatory and other developments related to artificial intelligence and climate change, among other issues.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Hannah served as an associate at a Minneapolis law firm, where she advised municipal clients and school districts in regulated industries, supported litigation efforts on various cases, and drafted a variety of legal documents for municipalities and school districts.

During law school, she served as a full-time legal extern to Justice Paul Thissen of the Minnesota Supreme Court and served as the policy editor of the Mitchell Hamline Journal of Public Policy. She also worked as a law clerk at a local airline, working closely with general counsel to effectively communicate business goals to state legislators and federal regulators and preparing due diligence documents for an IPO.

Hannah worked as a legislative assistant with Faegre Drinker’s government and regulatory affairs team in Minnesota and worked on a political campaign before entering the legal profession.

Personal Interests

In her free time, Hannah enjoys baking, running, yoga, reading historical fiction, the New York Times mini crossword and jigsaw puzzles.
