Overview
Contract Negotiations
Mike helps clients negotiate joint venture agreements for the development and ownership of real estate projects. Mike also advises on commercial condominiums, construction and development service contracts, and on real estate brokerage agreements.
Leasing and Financing Experience
Mike guides clients, including developers and tenants, through complex leasing transactions. He has completed leases of a 250,000 square-foot warehouse facility and a 125,000 square-foot manufacturing and warehouse facility. Mike also assists with construction loans and credit lines secured by real property.
Other Transactions
Mike frequently represents clients in tax-deferred exchanges of real property and also collaborates with colleagues in the firm’s corporate practice group to provide counsel on real estate matters that arise in mergers and acquisitions.
Personal Interests
Mike is the father of two children and enjoys traveling with his family to both domestic and international locations.
