Overview
Andrea Savageau is an intellectual property litigator with a focus on high-stakes patent cases. She represents clients in a variety of industries, including medical device, wireless networking technologies, data storage solutions, software applications and mechanical engineering.
Andrea has a wide range of litigation experience, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, claim construction, dispositive motions, arbitration and up to trial. Additionally, she has represented clients before several adjudicating bodies, including district courts, the International Trade Commission and private arbitration tribunals.
In addition to her intellectual property practice, Andrea maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients in immigration matters.
Prior Experience
Prior to her legal career, Ms. Savageau worked as a technical consultant for a large medical diagnostics company.
