Overview
For three decades, David Shannon has been an advisor to individuals and corporate entities on wealth management matters, including estate planning, estate and trust administrations, and succession planning for closely-held businesses.
David works with clients to:
- Develop and implement estate plans for high net worth individuals
- Develop and implement succession plans for owners of closely held businesses
- Administer and distribute estates and trusts
- Advise individual and corporate fiduciaries regarding duties and mitigation of risk
- Prepare federal and state estate tax returns and federal gift tax returns
- Resolve tax controversies and family disputes involving wealth management issues
