- Graham Capital Investments, a private investment firm associated with The Graham Group, on several strategic transactions with independent sponsors in the lower middle market
- Ansell Healthcare Products in several acquisitions, including the $640 million acquisition of the personal protective equipment business of Kimberly-Clark and the $615 million acquisition of BarrierSafe Solutions
- Graham Packaging Company in its $1 billion recapitalization with The Blackstone Group
- Philadelphia Media Network (owner of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia Daily News and philly.com) in the sale of its Broad Street Publishing division and the subsequent sale of PMN to Interstate General Media
- Allied Wire & Cable and its first-generation family shareholders in the sale to Genuine Cable Group
