Overview
Anthony Todaro is a trusted source of counsel to clients seeking to advance sophisticated real estate and land development projects. Anthony has significant experience representing both public and private sector clients in a variety of real estate matters, including the planning and zoning approval process, affordable housing issues, public utility concerns, acquisitions and redevelopment plans.
While he maintains an active real estate practice, Anthony is also an accomplished litigator. Anthony’s experience includes handling complex commercial disputes, prerogative writ actions, estate and trust litigation, and general equity matters. Additionally, Anthony has been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey to serve as guardian ad litem and court-appointed counsel in multiple cases.
